Man claims officers stole his weed

An Ohio man says he was completely surprised when he saw an East Cleveland Police patrol car driving toward him, claiming he wasn’t speeding and wasn’t sure why he had attracted attention.

According to Cleveland.com, the driver reported the officer approached his vehicle with gun drawn on May 13 and forced him into the cruiser. After several questions, the officer cited the car’s tinted windows as the reason for the stop.
