Cannabis is great, but like anything else, too much of can be a problem. With the ongoing pandemic and daily stresses of life, some people have taken to consuming cannabis as a coping measure. While some regard it as a better option than drinking alcohol or other behaviours, it’s still a substance that should be monitored.
Cannabis overuse could result in cannabis use disorder, a condition that can impair everyday life and relationships. Luckily, there are ways to slow down usage and, hopefully, address the issue. The symptoms that come along with the syndrome are oftentimes manageable, but demand things be done correctly and steps taken one at a time.
