Undisclosed levels of THC that can get people “high” resulted in a hemp tincture being pulled off the shelves in Oregon last week.

The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) recently announced that hemp CBD tincture produced by Cura CS, LLC, and sold under its Select brand, is now subject to a mandatory recall. The OLCC reports that consumers using the mislabelled product could get high and “become unexpectedly impaired” because it “contains undisclosed levels of THC.”
The Select CBD Drops “Broad Spectrum” Unflavored 1000 MG CBD, which was produced on May 14, was only available to buy through OLCC licensed retailers.
