A new lab report commissioned by CBD Oracle shows 76 per cent of the tested Delta-8 products derived from hemp and being sold in the U.S. far exceed the 0.3 per cent allowable THC limit. Indeed, testing by FESA Labs showed one vape pen was 77 times over the legal limit and was not alone in breaching restrictions.
