Three people have been arrested and charged after a two-month investigation by the Calgary Police Service into alleged drug trafficking.
Officers started their investigation in August after getting a tip from another investigation about a home in Panorama Hills.
After gathering evidence, police executed two search warrants. On Sept. 19, they stopped a vehicle driving from Calgary to Brooks and found $160,000 worth of methamphetamine and $10,000 worth of fentanyl.
On Sept. 29, police searched a home in Pantego Rise N.W., and found several types of drugs, including fentanyl, methamphetamine, phenacetin, MDMA, 245 grams of cannabis, cocaine, Percocet, Xanax and buprenorphine hydrochloride.
Police say the total value of drugs seized in this investigation is $362,660.
Police also recovered $11,205 in cash, a 12-gauge shotgun, a stolen Toyota Rav 4, a stolen motorbike, two stolen bicycles and 80 pieces of government identification.
