Marijuana-themed sandwich shop Cheba Hut opted to keep it completely legal by sending a replica of Tesla-inspired Cybertruck made from Rice Krispies, with no cannabis in sight, to SpaceX near Brownsville, Texas.

Possessing, cultivating or selling recreational cannabis is illegal in Texas. For example, either possessing or cultivating more than two, but less than four, ounces (57 to 113 grams) of weed is enough to get someone a year in jail, a fine of US$4,000 ($4,960) or both if convicted, reports Criminal Defence Lawyer.
