A fan of the Thai rock band Carabao only wanted to share a bit of love (and a cannabis plant) with his favourite musicians, but police in the not-so-cannabis-friendly country opted to charge him instead.

According to Pattaya Mail, the less-than-welcome gift was intercepted by police after the unidentified man brought it to the Pattaya Music Festival where Carabao was performing.
The offering may have been understandable for the man if one considers that the band’s fan-run English website describes Carabao as “the greatest band you have never heard of.” The group has been up and running for 33 years.
