Three men in India who used bitcoin to buy cannabis from Canada via the darknet and sold the weed at a big profit were arrested earlier this week.

At about 11:15 a.m. on Nov. 8, police report that three people were apprehended at a home in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. Once inside, crime branch officers discovered 1,873 grams of “fine quality Canadian ganja” valued at Rs. 35 lakhs ($59,500), the police statement notes.
