Ohio driver stubs out joint on police cruiser, turns traffic stop into multiple charges

An Ohio driver none-too-pleased about being pulled over for non-working headlights and failing to signal showed his displeasure by stubbing out his cannabis joint on a Solon Police Department (SPD) cruiser.

The 31-year-old driver was pulled over at 10:42 p.m. on Jan. 26, notes a police incident report filed the following day.

According to Cleveland.com, the driver, who was smoking a joint at the time, immediately exited his vehicle, approached the officer and began yelling at him. Despite being told to get back into his car, the man allegedly refused to comply and, instead, made a show of things by forcefully stubbing out the joint
