The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (SMG), the world’s leading marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden, as well as indoor and hydroponic growing products, announced record second-quarter sales in its U.S. Consumer segment driven by continued support from its major retail partners.
For the fiscal second quarter, the Company reported sales of $1.68 billion, down 8 percent from $1.83 billion a year earlier. U.S. Consumer segment sales increased slightly to $1.38 billion.
