Multistate operator Trulieve Cannabis Corp. contributed another $5 million to the adult-use marijuana legalization campaign in its home state of Florida.
That donation raises the Tallahassee-headquartered MSO’s investment to try to sway voters in the state’s November election to $60 million, Florida Politics reported.

According to the St. Petersburg-based news outlet, the adult-use ballot initiative’s sponsor, Smart & Safe Florida, listed Trulieve’s latest donation in a campaign report that covers the July 13-29 period.
With Trulieve’s help, Smart & Safe has raised $66.4 million, Florida Politics reported.
