The online application window for recreational marijuana business licenses in Delaware will open Aug. 19.
The Office of the Marijuana Commissioner will accept applications until Sept. 30.

Applicants that meet eligibility requirements will be entered into a lottery scheduled for late October.
The lottery will be managed by Delaware’s Office of the Marijuana Commissioner, which will issue licenses beginning in November, the Delaware News Journal said.
There are 125 total licenses available:
60 cultivation facility licenses. 30 product-manufacturing facility licenses. 30 retail store licenses. Five testing facility licenses.
