Sixty-seven licensed marijuana businesses in Michigan were fined for various regulatory violations in November.
According to a news release from the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA), the fines ranged from $333.33 to $19,000.

The highest fine was levied on Blue Fox Brands in Lansing for noncompliance with Metrc as well as surveillance and security violations.
According to the CRA release, other violations among Michigan marijuana operators included:
Annual financial statement noncompliance. Failure to report material changes (legal entity and physical locations/operations). General operational issues. Noncompliant handling and production. Noncompliant sales. Noncompliant waste disposal. Packaging and advertising. Sampling and testing.
