Canada’s corrosive ‘protest circuit’ explained, with Caryma Sa’d

Independent journalist Caryma S’ad is known throughout Canada for documenting protests and exposing the violence and intimidation that often simmers within them. In this interview with National Post columnist Adam Zivo, she recounts how the “protest circuit” is, in some instances, dominated by small cliques of censorious activists who, being comfortable with violence and intimidation, have had a corrosive effect on civil expression. S’ad also opens up about how some radical activists, mostly on the political left, have harassed and defamed her, and the impact this has had on her life and operations.
