David Bercuson: Human rights museum can still admit Nakba exhibit distorts history

The museum refuses to name the consultants who contributed to the exhibit. Its supporters claim that the government, which owns and funds the museum, should have nothing to say about the exhibits that are put on by it, even though Culture Minister Marc Miller, who visited the exhibit at the time of its opening, criticized aspects of the exhibit, specifically that it should have identified Hamas as a terrorist organization and that it should have “more clearly” described the nature of the Hamas attack on Israel of October 7, 2023. But the exhibit stands as it did on the day it was opened.
