Connor Bennett, 19, was charged with two counts relating to child sexual abuse materials but was released “after a contested bail hearing.” In the public safety alert, police said Bennett had been charged in connection with an investigation involving a male who had made threats “to harm, sexually assault, and kill a teenaged girl, known to him.”
