All in the family: U.K. brothers each sentenced to 11 years for drug offences

Conspiracy to supply cocaine, heroin and cannabis has landed two U.K. brothers in jail for the next decade.

The brothers, aged 33 and 39, used the EncroChat handle “paleflame” to supply large quantities of Class A drugs (which includes cocaine, heroin and magic mushrooms) and Class B drugs (which includes cannabis, amphetamines and ketamine) across Merseyside, according to the Merseyside Police.

Possession, supply or production of Class A and B drugs is illegal throughout the U.K., notes information from the government. The maximum penalty for supplying the former, per count upon conviction, is up to life in prison, an unlimited fine or both. For
