“We’re dealing with a strong-arming bully who wants to extract the most from Canada in return for allowing some form of tariff relief,” he said, noting that he thinks they’re looking for a total cave-in by Canada on dairy, auto tariffs, and on aligning with U.S. trade policy with respect to China.
