Canadian operator Aurora Cannabis on Wednesday denied reports that it had agreed to acquire New Zealand-based MedLeaf Therapeutics.
The erroneous story, initially reported by Investing.com, was picked up by multiple news outlets, including MJBizDaily.
MJBizDaily took down its version of the erroneous report within minutes of being contacted by Edmonton, Alberta-based Aurora.
