A quick internet search reveals that vaping DMT was not a novel idea in 2020, or even in 2010, but, earlier this month, the patent was granted.
San-Francisco-based Graham Pechenik, a registered patent attorney, was among the first to report that news. An online discussion quickly followed, with many expressing confusion about how the patent could have been approved.
