The House Rules Committee is allowing an amendment to let military veterans get medical cannabis recommendations from their Department of Veterans Affairs doctors to be considered for a floor vote.
A separate amendment that seeks to raise awareness about the benefits of psychedelic and other therapies for military veterans is also advancing.
