An officer with the Warwick Police Department in Georgia has found himself on the wrong side of the law for allegedly selling weed while on-duty and in uniform.

The 32-year-old man was arrested in late January by agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s (GBI) Southwestern Regional Drug Enforcement Office, the GBI announced on Feb. 2.
Acting on a tip that the officer was selling cannabis on the job, and working in conjunction with a number of local law enforcement bodies, the drug enforcement agents went undercover and began buying weed from the accused in both Worth and Lee counties.
