Cresco Labs (“Cresco” or the “Company”), a vertically integrated multi-national operator and the No. 1 wholesaler of branded cannabis products in the United States, today announced that Board Director Sidney Dillard has Offer her resignation. Ms Dillard has accepted a board position at a large national health insurer and is stepping down from its Cresco Lab board to avoid potential regulatory conflict.

Dillard’s resignation is effective immediately.
