Cresco Labs Announces CEO Sidney Dillard Resignation

Cresco Labs (“Cresco” or the “Company”), a vertically integrated multi-national operator and the No. 1 wholesaler of branded cannabis products in the United States, today announced that Board Director Sidney Dillard has Offer her resignation. Ms Dillard has accepted a board position at a large national health insurer and is stepping down from its Cresco Lab board to avoid potential regulatory conflict.

“We are disappointed with Sidney’s departure, but we wish her all the best in her new career. I know that in her new role, she will be an equally trusted advisor, independent voice and driving force for growth. ,” said Charles Bachtell, CEO and co-founder of Cresco Labs. “Sidney’s extensive experience and professionalism sets high standards and we will ensure our board continues to have an industry-leading breadth of experience and knowledge.”

Ms Sidney Dillard added: “I would like to thank Cresco for the wonderful experience of working with an incredible team and a true industry leader focused on growing a diverse, responsible, respected and resilient cannabis industry. I am confident that they will continue to be successful and I look forward to watching as they achieve their goals and mission. Unfortunately, today’s federal legal structure may force the hard work of the seasoned professionals needed to shape the future of this industry decision – which I believe will be resolved in the near future.”

Dillard’s resignation is effective immediately.
