A cannabis company and an advocacy group set to testify at marijuana rescheduling hearings are accusing the Drug Enforcement Administration of opposing the proposed rule it is supposed to defend and of engaging in improper communication with opponents.

Outgoing Delaware Gov. John Carney (D), who reluctantly allowed marijuana legalization to become law without his signature, argued that cannabis use is “not such a good thing” and claimed that “nobody” wants dispensaries in their neighborhoods.
