Large quantity of cannabis gummies stolen from a store in downtown Toronto

The Toronto Police Service (TPS) issued an alert this week that a large quantity of cannabis edibles was stolen from a cannabis store in downtown Toronto.

The theft occurred at about 8:51 a.m. on Oct. 11, Thanksgiving Monday, at a local business at King St. West and Spadina Ave. in the city’s downtown core.

“The cannabis products resemble the appearance of gummy bears or gummy candies and may be harmful if ingested, especially to children,” the police note in a press release.
