Prospective operators in Minnesota’s impending adult-use marijuana market can begin submitting business license applications on Feb. 18.
The licensing window will be open until March 14, according to a news release from the state’s Office of Cannabis Management (OCM).

The OCM will accept applications for the following types of licenses:
Adult use and medical cannabis combination businesses. Cultivator. Delivery service. Manufacturer. Mezzobusiness. Microbusiness. Retailer. Testing facility. Transporter. Wholesaler.

A mezzobusiness license, under Minnesota law, allows an operator to:
