It’s been a busy week for police in the town of Mansfield, U.K., where they have been raiding multiple suspected cannabis grows.
That same day, officers seized another 40 plants from a different home in the area. A 47-year-old man was arrested but has since been released under investigation.
“I’d like to commend our officers from the Mansfield local neighbourhood and response policing teams for acting quickly to help us take a large quantity of cannabis off our streets,” inspector Kylie Davies with Nottinghamshire Police said in a statement.
“Cannabis farms such as these ones, however big or small, are a blight on the communities we serve and sadly have much wider implications than some people think.”
