Realtor accused of being involved in transactions for dozens of properties used for illegal grow-ops

A 41-year-old realtor with RE/MAX in Grants Pass, Ore. now faces charges in connection with her alleged involvement in more than two dozen transactions involving properties believed to have been used for illegal cannabis grow-ops.

Following an investigation by the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO), Tyra Polly Ann Foxx has been charged with unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item, hindering prosecution, tampering with physical evidence and forgery in the first degree, KDVR reports.

Foxx was arrested earlier this week after search warrants were executed at both her residence and the brokerage office where she worked. She posted bail on the same day.
