The largest-ever donation in support of psychedelic science and research in Canada will fund a first-of-its-kind psychedelic psychotherapy research centre in Toronto.

The $5 million gift is courtesy of the Nikean Foundation, a charitable organization that promotes and supports research and education into psychedelic medicine, and will fund The Nikean Psychedelic Psychotherapy Research Centre.
The facility will be located within the Centre for Mental Health at Toronto’s University Health Network (UHN), Canada’s largest health research organization.
