Twitter updated its marijuana advertising policy—but despite widespread excitement among industry stakeholders about how it allows them to “promote brand preference and informational cannabis-related content for CBD, THC and cannabis-related products and services,” it has serious limitations, including that it doesn’t allow ads promoting marijuana product sales.

The New Hampshire House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee amended and approved a marijuana legalization bill. Its next stop is a floor vote, expected next week.
