A couple in their 20s who claim the cannabis found in their car was purchased for the man’s boss each face a charge of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

The couple was pulled over late last month after troopers with the West Virginia State Police, which had earlier received a tip about an impending drug buy in Lost Creek, noticed a vehicle matching the description given by the tipster.
According to 5WDTV, that person told police he or she had overheard the couple’s conversation detailing their plans.
