A 32-year-old man in Joliet, Ill. learned that lesson the hard way and is now facing multiple charges for not only the tossed weed but also because he had a loaded gun in the vehicle and apparently decided to resist arrest.
Richard Aguilar is charged with two felony counts of possessing or using a firearm or weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, resisting an officer or correctional employee, obstructing justice or destroying evidence, manufacturing and delivery of 500 to 2,000 grams of cannabis
