Efron, 38, hired designer Joost Bakker and architect Frank Burride for the project. Bakker previously said on Instagram that they’ll use sustainable, eco-friendly materials such as hemp blocks, recycled oyster shells, agricultural waste, and sustainable particle boards, which will become internal bricks.
